Processing time
Orders ship within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping within the U.S.
- Standard shipping: [$4.99], arrives in [3–5] business days after it ships.
- Free standard shipping on orders over [$45].
You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it still doesn’t turn up within [5] days, email us at support@velocitygrips.com and we’ll help sort it out. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within [7] days of delivery and we’ll replace it.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn socks in their original packaging within [30] days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can’t take back socks that have been worn or washed.
To start a return, email support@velocitygrips.com with your order number. Return shipping is [paid by the customer / covered by us]. Once we receive the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–7] business days.
Wrong item or defect
If we sent the wrong item or something’s wrong with your socks, email us and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
